The Roger wireless earpiece concealed in your ear. A small remote fob in your hand or pocket. The entire system is inside the leather portfolio you place at the lectern, on a seat, or the conference table.
Audio transmits from the portfolio to the earpiece on an encrypted, frequency-hopping signal that moves automatically across frequencies to maintain a clean audio path. The earpiece weighs 1.3 grams and runs for more than twenty hours on a single battery.

The Roger wireless earpiece concealed in your ear. The Sony digital recorder and Roger Touchscreen mic (transmitter) are beneath your clothing, connected by a thin cable. A discreet wired pause-switch within finger's reach.
Audio transmits to the earpiece on the same encrypted, frequency-hopping signal as Mode 1. Because the transmitter is on your body, the signal stays with you wherever you move.

Audio transmitted to the wireless earpiece through magnetic induction, generating a localized field contained within inches of your body. Nothing transmits into the room. The signal operates entirely outside the wireless spectrum, unaffected by competing wireless signals.

At the core of the system is a Sony digital voice recorder with circuitry that has been hand-reconfigured and resoldered to Secret Prompter's exact specifications. The receiver that translates your remote command into an instant response is fabricated in-house. The battery housing. The battery level indicator.
Each one built to a standard that exists nowhere else, because no one else has spent twenty-plus years deciding what that standard should be.
The cables are built to the specification used in professional in-ear monitors worn in live broadcast environments, flexible enough to disappear under clothing, engineered for all-day wear. The neckloop is sourced from Europe because the domestic alternatives do not meet our standard for cable gauge or audio fidelity.

Your AirPrompter ships with one requirement: a private session with Lee and Vanessa, where you unbox together.
Lee and Vanessa walk through the components, go over your setup, and work with you directly on the talk-and-listen method.
The session is scheduled once your AirPrompter ships, and usually runs 45 to 60 minutes. There is no additional cost. This requirement exists because we want every client off to a fast start, comfortable with their AirPrompter, confident in their setup, and ready for whatever is on the calendar.
Following your time with Lee and Vanessa, you have permanent login access to the Secret Prompter Private Resource Center. It contains a library of reference videos and downloadable materials, available whenever you need them.

How soon before my event do I need to order?
Depending on inventory, systems usually ship the next business day after payment processes, via FedEx 2-Day. For most clients, two to three weeks before the event provides comfortable margin for audio preparation and a complete dry run. If your event is closer than that, schedule the consultation immediately and we will confirm what is operationally possible.
What if my event is within 21 days?
Schedule the consultation now. The AirPrompter has been deployed for clients on shorter timelines, but the available margin shrinks quickly. The consultation is the conversation that confirms whether your timeline is workable.
What about tariffs and import fees?
AirPrompter pricing excludes applicable import duties on components sourced outside the US. Final pricing is confirmed on your consultation.
